This impressive former Hay Barn has been fully renovated and is now used as an open plan Interior Design Studio by Averil Blundell Interior Design. Lutron lighting control allows lighting levels to be altered, creating the ideal working ambience within the studio as well as enhancing the natural light that streams in through the large, structural panes of glass.

A multi room audio system was installed in the Studio so that staff can enjoy listening to music while they work. Wall mounted television screens can be used for day to day viewing as well as serving as a presentation screen when meeting with clients or suppliers.

IT equipment including computers, file storage servers and printers were set up alongside a robust wired and WiFi network. Telephony and audio-conferencing handsets were also used throughout the building to cover the client’s needs.
