This Victorian semi-detached property in Yorkshire underwent a comprehensive renovation which allowed an opportunity to integrate technologies throughout. We installed a Lutron lighting control system for the entire property, with internal and external lighting being controllable alongside motorised window treatments, all via wall keypads, iPads and handheld remote controls.

A high-performance multi-room audio system using Bowers & Wilkins, Linn and Lode hardware was installed too. Loudspeakers were located in all key areas inside the home, as well as externally in entertaining areas of the garden.

A Bowers & Wilkins, basement cinema has been carefully designed and installed into what was the original basement. Every inch of space within this relatively small room has been maximised and the audio-visual system offers truly exceptional levels of performance.

Home security and heating control have both been taken care of too, with monitoring and adjustments available both within the home and remotely.
