Aftercare

When using cutting-edge technologies to create truly bespoke solutions, there will undoubtedly be times when systems need adjusting, enhancing or updating to ensure that all hardware is performing to the maximum potential.

Upon completion of a project, you will be offered a technology support and maintenance agreement with us, set up like a service plan on a car, giving you peace of mind that we’ll be proactively and reactively maintaining your equipment.

Monitoring

We actively monitor system components from our ‘control centre’ to ensure that key equipment is online and performing as it should. This monitoring can flag up niggles before you’ve even noticed them, giving us the opportunity to swiftly dial-in and fix them.

Telephone and remote laptop-based technical support is a key part of the service, our knowledgeable engineers will be on hand to discuss any aspect of your project and are able to offer all the support you need.

Assistance

Our clients who have technology support also know that they have us on hand to assist with any reactive support should the need arise too. That might be a call if you need some assistance before an event, or to report an issue that hasn’t being picked up by our monitoring system.

For many of our clients, we’ll also offer support for their own IT hardware too. We all know how problematic computers, tablets and printers can be, so bundle that extra cover in with your maintenance package and you have somebody to call, should the need arise.
